Job Description: Providing technical support to customers. Responsible for on time completion of projects/tasks assigned. Conducting training sessions with clients as and when required. Realtime solving and addressing customer queries/issues raised. Meeting customers and prospects for technical discussion. Meeting existing customers on regular basis for assessment.
