This role is required to ensure the accurate, compliant, and timely administration of employee benefits, statutory obligations, tax processes, and employee lifecycle transactions. Position Responsibilities: Benefits administration:
- Compulsory Insurance (SMUI): registration new hire/ movement/ update information/ claims…
- SMUI contribution reconciliation
- Healthcare program
- Annual health check-up
- Pension registration, report and enhancement
- Provide family status to mutual agreement cases Operations
- PIT declarations, tax code registration, PIT dependent registration, PIT finalization, and PIT e-Invoices.
- Contract & Employee Documentation: e-FPT contract administration, employee letters, personnel files (P-files), and document management.
- Offboarding Administration: Termination documentation, insurance document return, scanning, filing, and mailing.
- Payment Administration: Process People-related payments via Lawson (Healthcare, Health Check-up, Deloitte, Social Insurance, Travel Insurance, Legal Consultants, and other vendors).
- Labor reports, statutory submissions, employee records administration, and operational controls.
- Support HR events, employee activities, logistics coordination, Executive Healthcare administration, and ad-hoc People Operations activities.
- Ad-hocs Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Payroll Administration, or Employee Services.
- Hands-on experience managing: Social Insurance (SMUI) administration. Personal Income Tax (PIT) processes. Employee documentation and records management. Employee lifecycle administration. Vendor payment and invoice coordination. When you join our team:
