Job Description Summary The Operations Leader for Global Contractor Management, will own the rhythm for the team, our regional governance, and our team’s digital strategy. From streamlining internal communications to elevating the performance reporting through advanced scorecards, this position is instrumental in the team’s success. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities

  • Rhythm of Business (RoB) Management: Lead the scheduling and execution of core team cadences, including Contractor Leadership Reviews and the Regional Governance structure.
  • Event & Summit Planning: Serve as the primary lead for planning and facilitating regional annual contractor summits, ensuring high-value engagement and seamless logistics.
  • Data & Performance Analytics: Take ownership of our team scorecards; drive the creation of new metrics and continuously iterate on existing ones to provide actionable insights.
  • Digital Transformation: Design, build, and maintain the team SharePoint site to serve as the central repository for resources, processes, and documentation.
  • Strategic Communications: Develop and streamline internal and external communication strategies to ensure consistency, clarity, and timely information flow across the global organization.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify bottlenecks in team workflows and implement process improvements to increase speed and accuracy.
  • Global Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as a liaison between regional hubs to ensure local nuances are captured in global governance strategies.
  • Change Management: Supporting the team as we roll out new contractor management policies or tools.
  • Continuous Improvement/Kaizen: Managing a feedback loop to capture "lessons learned" from contractors and regional leads to refine our global strategy. Required Qualifications
  • Degree from an accredited university or college with at least 6 years of experience in Operations and/or Supply Chain.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required, estimated at 20% Desired Characteristics

  • Proactive self-starter and change agent
  • Cross functional, matrixed, and international team experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $119,600.00 and $199,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
