Application Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Application Consultant based in the United States. This is a client-facing consulting role focused on helping utility organizations improve their day-to-day operations through technology. You’ll serve as a bridge between clients, operations, product development, and project teams, becoming a trusted product and process expert. The role combines business analysis, application configuration, implementation support, training, and change management. You’ll work directly with established clients to understand their needs, identify gaps, and deliver practical solutions aligned with industry best practices. The position offers significant exposure to utility business processes, customer information systems, and technology transformation initiatives. You’ll work in a collaborative, project-driven environment with opportunities to influence product development and identify additional ways to support clients. The role is fully remote, with approximately 25% travel required across North America and internationally as needed.
