About Centric Software: Centric Software® is a global leader, providing an innovative and AI-enabled product-concept-to-commercialization platform for retailers, brands and manufacturers of all sizes. We equip retail, fashion, luxury, footwear, outdoor, home and consumer goods brands with pioneering best-of-breed solutions to plan, design, develop, source, comply, buy, make, price, allocate, sell and replenish products. Our technology powers brands to streamline processes, drive efficiency and operate with confidence in an ever-changing market. Our story is one of rapid growth, bold ideas and extraordinary opportunities. We’re here to challenge the status quo—and we’re looking for brilliant people who want to do the same. No matter where you are in the world, this is your chance to be part of something exceptional. Centric Software, a fast-growing, innovation-driven enterprise software company, is looking for a Field Marketing & Activation Specialist to build market presence for PXM — our Product Experience Management solution spanning PIM, DAM and feed management — across non-FMCG markets. Based in Munich, you'll work hand-in-hand with the German field team to bring PXM to industries beyond Centric's traditional FMCG base. This role blends on-the-ground field marketing — planning and running events with or without external partners — with digital activation that keeps PXM visible and relevant in these new markets between events. This is a newly created Market Activation role dedicated to making PXM impossible to miss in its market. Your focus is PXM's expansion story: proving the platform beyond FMCG, market by market. This role is ideal for someone 1–2 years out of business school who wants ownership from day one — comfortable equally with organizing a room and running a LinkedIn campaign. We'll teach you the product; we need you to bring the energy to open new ground. 🌟 What You'll Do: 1. Field Events & Partner Activation

  • Partner with the German field team to plan and run on-the-ground events for PIM/DAM, with or without external partners, across non-FMCG markets.
  • Scout and build relationships with local partners, associations and venues relevant to these new industries. 2. Digital Activation
  • Lead digital activation — content, social and campaigns — to build PXM visibility in non-FMCG segments between and around field events.
  • Create content that translates PXM's value into language and use cases that resonate outside FMCG. 3. Market Expansion
  • Extend Centric's PXM reach into markets beyond our traditional FMCG base, identifying where PIM/DAM demand is emerging.
  • Track engagement and adoption signals market by market to prioritize where to invest field and digital effort next. 4. Cross-Functional Feedback Loop
  • Feed market signal back to Product Marketing on how non-FMCG buyers respond to PIM/DAM messaging, content and positioning. Share learnings with the broader marketing team to build a consistent activation playbook across the portfolio. What You Bring: Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school, marketing program or equivalent.
  • Experience: Around 2 years of experience in field marketing, events, communications or digital marketing (internships count); B2B, SaaS or tech exposure is a plus but not required.
  • Field-ready: Comfortable planning and running in-person events, and building relationships with external partners and venues.
  • Digital fluency: Comfortable creating and activating content on LinkedIn and other social platforms.
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus given the multi-market, WW-adjacent scope.
  • Soft Skills: High energy, curiosity and a bias for action. Comfortable creating things from scratch with limited playbook, and switching between field logistics and digital content. Key Performance Metrics:
  • Number and quality of field events executed in non-FMCG markets.
  • Brand awareness and engagement growth for PXM in non-FMCG segments.
  • New partner relationships established in target non-FMCG markets.
  • Quality of market feedback delivered to Product Marketing. Additional Details:
  • Munich-based, with regular travel to events across non-FMCG markets in Germany and beyond.
  • Part of a brand-new Market Activation function — shaping the role as it's built. Centric Software provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, color, age, religion, protected veteran or disability status or genetic information.
