The venue features nearly 40,000 square feet of flexible meeting and exhibit space, 26 breakout rooms, 40,000 square feet of outdoor function space, and an outdoor amphitheater with capacity for up to 5,000 guests. From conferences and trade shows to community gatherings, festivals, and live entertainment, Mesa Convention Center provides a versatile setting for memorable events and experiences.

About the Role

The Housekeeping team plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests, clients, and staff at Mesa Convention Center. This position is responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of event, meeting, and public spaces, including restrooms and outdoor areas, while supporting the venue's operational readiness for a wide variety of events. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is dependable and detail-oriented, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Day-to-day cleaning of the interior and exterior of the Arena.
• Sweeping, mopping, buffing, dusting, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
• Clean restrooms including, but not limited to, removal of trash, restock paper products, and clean urinals, sinks, and toilets.
• Must be willing to operate various types of cleaning equipment including, but not limited to: vacuums, floor scrubbers/sweepers, buffers, various cleaning tools, and any other equipment or tools used by the Housekeeping Department.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the Housekeeping Lead or Operations Manager.

What You'll Bring

Education and/or Experience Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1-2 years of custodial or housekeeping experience required
