About Phoebe Phoebe is modernizing America's home healthcare infrastructure. This is the coordination layer for one of the largest labor markets in the country. What you'll do
- Own the user experience across our core operations product and upcoming mobile talent agent
- Create software that feels great to use
- Work in fast, iterative cycles
- Talk to customers, run UX audits, and turn feedback into shipped improvements
- Translate our core principles into product:
- Cycle time is key. You ship quickly and iterate
- Quality matters. Your work stands on its own Who you are
- You have 2+ years of experience in product design
- You've designed production software that real people use
- You have strong aesthetic instincts and can articulate what makes design good or bad
- You notice UX everywhere
