The Role: We are looking for a Senior Manager, Global Sourcing & Supply to lead the strategy, development, and performance of Minted’s global supplier network, ensuring we have the right partners, capabilities, economics, capacity, compliance, and supply plans to support our current business and future product growth. This role will partner closely with Product Development, Business Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, Planning, Finance, and Legal to shape sourcing and supply strategies from early product development through commercialization, production, and ongoing supply. You will lead key supplier relationships and commercial negotiations, oversee sourcing and supply planning across the portfolio, and proactively manage cost, capacity, quality, inventory, compliance, and supply risk. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who combines strong commercial and strategic judgment with deep sourcing and supply expertise and is comfortable moving between long-term strategy and hands-on problem-solving.
