- Collaboration with Global HR, Finance & Payroll Teams Firmenprofil We are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist Italy (m/f/d) to support a European payroll organization and ensure seamless payroll operations during a critical transition period.The position is 100% remote from Germany possible. It's a 6 months project. Aufgabengebiet Manage and coordinate the end-to-end monthly payroll process for Italy -Process payroll activities within ADP GlobalView and support Workday-related transactions -Review, validate and reconcile payroll inputs, outputs and reports -Administer employee lifecycle events including hires, terminations, transfers and rehires -Ensure compliance with Italian payroll legislation and statutory requirements -Handle complex payroll topics including CCNL regulations, EGR bonus schemes, social security contributions and statutory funds -Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries -Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance and People Operations -Coordinate with external payroll providers and vendors -Maintain payroll documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer activities Anforderungsprofil Mandatory Qualifications Hands-on payroll experience for Italy -Strong knowledge of Italian payroll legislation, taxation and compliance requirements -Experience managing payroll for medium to large organizations (300+ employees) -Proven experience handling complex payroll calculations and corrections -Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Experience with ADP GlobalView -Experience with Workday HCM -Background in multinational organizations or shared service environments -Experience supporting payroll transitions, transformations or outsourced payroll models Vergütungspaket Flexibility Fully remote working model -Flexible and autonomous work environment -Opportunity to collaborate globally from anywhere in Germany International Exposure Work closely with international payroll experts -Gain exposure to global HR and payroll processes -Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Europe Professional Growth Challenging and highly visible role -Opportunity to deepen your expertise in international payroll operations -Exposure to market-leading HR and payroll technologies Collaborative Culture Supportive and professional team environment -Strong cross-functional collaboration -Well-structured onboarding and knowledge-sharing approach
