The Role The Customer Success Analyst is a high-impact, customer-facing team member dedicated to ensuring our clients' end-users confidently adopt and realize maximum value from our Vision AI solutions. This role directly bridges the gap between usage data and user behavior. By combining hands-on data analysis with direct client engagement, you will proactively guide users through onboarding, deliver engaging enablement training, and run targeted outreach campaigns to turn struggling users into product champions.
