, our people are our greatest asset. We’re looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Legal Executive Assistant to join our team and help deliver an exceptional employee experience. This role will provide high-level administrative support to a partner, serving as a trusted, highly organized point of contact. Manage calendars, meetings, deadlines, client status reporting, correspondence, travel, expenses, invoices, and administrative workflows with discretion and precision. Review and triage incoming emails, including conflicts matters, and coordinate timely follow-up. Support client intake, maintain Outlook calendars and contacts, and help ensure seamless communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. What You’ll Do Serve as a strategic day-to-day partner to the partner, expertly managing calendars, priorities, deadlines, travel, meetings, and presentations. Anticipate needs, coordinate logistics, and keep multiple priorities moving seamlessly. · Orchestrate complex client, attorney, and administrative meetings, including conference rooms, visitor arrangements, travel, and client events. · Monitor the partner’s schedule and location, ensuring time-sensitive communications and priorities are handled promptly. · Triage emails, calls, mail, and communications, and exercise sound judgment in prioritizing, responding, and distributing information. · Manage client status reporting in collaboration with attorneys and legal practice management. · Coordinate billing and financial administration, including pro formas, vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, and professional corporation expenses. · Support client intake, preliminary conflicts checks, engagement letters, and new matter setup. · Provide polished client and visitor support, including meals, reservations, dinners, and special events. · Leverage Outlook, PowerPoint, and other technology to prepare documents, presentations, and communications. · Take ownership of special projects and miscellaneous priorities, consistently bringing organization, discretion, urgency, and follow-through to every task. What You’ll Bring · Exceptional communicator and polished writer with outstanding command of English, grammar, and style. Highly organized, detail-driven, and adept at managing competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. · A proactive self-starter with sound judgment, strong problem-solving skills, and the confidence to work independently with minimal supervision. Builds trusted relationships across legal teams, operational groups, and all levels of management. · Proficient in Microsoft Office with impeccable professionalism, reliability, and follow-through. Brings a strong work ethic, discretion, and an unwavering commitment to confidentiality. · Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of administrative experience, including 3 years of previous experience supporting “C-level” executives or equivalent, required. The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role, though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity. Washington state compensation range: $86,000.00 to $129,530.00 annually. This job is onsite.
