The Job: As a Project Manager, you’ll be part of our Global Procurement, Enterprise PMO team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
- Lead complex global procurement projects from initiation through execution and closure, translating business priorities into structured project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, owners, and timelines.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of global procurement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise, category, and business priorities.
- Build alignment across Procurement, Finance, Operations, Legal, Quality, and business units across multiple regions.
- Facilitate governance routines, project reviews, decision-making forums, and executive steering committee discussions to support clear prioritization and timely decisions.
- Identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks related to cost, timing, supply continuity, dependencies, constraints, and change impacts.
- Ensure project execution follows appropriate governance, controls, compliance requirements, and Enterprise PMO methodologies.
- Develop and maintain standardized project management documentation, including project charters, project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance materials.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of procurement project management methodologies, tools, reporting, documentation, and lessons learned across regions.
- Provide clear portfolio and project-level visibility to leadership, communicating risks, priorities, trade-offs, progress, and required decisions.
- Support change management and communication activities while managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment. You also have: · A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. · More than 5 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years within Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, or a related environment. · Demonstrated experience leading global, cross-functional projects across multiple regions and business units, including experience within an Enterprise PMO, portfolio governance, and stage-gate methodologies. · Strong project planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk management, executive communication, organizational, and change management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. · PMP certification is preferred; an equivalent project management certification or comparable experience will also be considered. Flexibility to work across global time zones and travel occasionally to regional procurement hubs and supplier sites is required.
