As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will lead teams and manage the operational strategy, implementation, and evaluation of the SAVE program to ensure effective delivery of verification services and alignment with organizational objectives. Duties
- Lead the implementation of program strategies for the SAVE program, coordinating, managing, and monitoring multiple initiatives to achieve organizational objectives within the USCIS Verification Division.
- Facilitate Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) for the SAVE program, ensuring effective collaboration, assignment of responsibilities, tracking status of activities, and achievement of milestones.
- Consult and advise Verification Division leadership on a wide range of critical initiatives and activities related to SAVE, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio-level roadmap of key goals, milestones, and initiatives for the SAVE program, ensuring alignment with USCIS and Verification Division priorities.
- Create plans and manage activities to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the SAVE program, ensuring key metrics are met and value is delivered to stakeholders.
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey analysis and reporting for SAVE, synthesizing feedback, identifying trends, and recommending actionable improvements.
- Develop and execute SAVE program evaluation strategies, including establishing metrics, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting findings to inform decision-making.
- Ensure accurate business requirements for SAVE are established and documented in alignment with program strategy, facilitating requirements gathering sessions and validating deliverables.
- Ensure accurate and timely program-level communications for SAVE to internal and external stakeholders, including preparation of executive briefings, status reports, stakeholder updates, talking points, and related materials.
- Integrate activities across Product Support, Product Delivery, and other Verification Division components to ensure efficient execution of SAVE business goals and initiatives. Qualifications The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 10/09/2026. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 10/09/2026. GS-14: You qualify at the GS-14 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the MAJORITY of the following duties: Leading teams to include assigning responsibilities, tracking status and completion; Applying broad technical and/or supervisory skills (including use of technology and tools) to manage a range of work activities; Facilitating cross- organization work, to include consulting with internal customers, establishing business requirements, delivering work products, and ensuring work meets expectations; Experience executing duties associated with product, project, and program management.
