Java Architect

Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Java Architect with 9-15 years of expertise in designing and delivering large-scale enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining application architecture, driving technology strategy, leading modernization initiatives, and ensuring the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. The role requires strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with modern Java ecosystems and cloud-native architectures. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud technologies. Design scalable, resilient, and secure systems aligned with business and technology objectives. Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, technology evaluations, and proof-of-concept initiatives. Drive application modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation programs. Establish architecture standards, coding practices, governance frameworks, and technical best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and project managers to deliver strategic solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams across multiple projects. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, availability, and maintainability. Guide DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and automation initiatives across the engineering landscape. Required Skills 9-15 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java 8+, Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA. Extensive experience in Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, Distributed Systems, and Event-Driven Architecture. Strong understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Enterprise Integration Patterns. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or JMS. Strong expertise in database design and optimization across Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Experience with DevOps tools and practices including Git, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD Pipelines. Strong understanding of security frameworks, authentication, authorization, and secure application development. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Technical requirements

• Primary skills:Technology->Java->Springboot Additional responsibilities Preferred Skills Experience with serverless architectures and cloud-native development. Exposure to API Management, Service Mesh, and Observability platforms. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible). Experience in Agile, SAFe, and large-scale enterprise delivery environments. Relevant Java, Cloud, or Architecture certifications will be an added advantage.
