Summary Job Description: Registered Nurse
- 3 North Tower Medical Surgical $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for External Candidates Full-Time 7p
- 7a The Registered Nurse has the responsibility and accountability for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge.
- Reviews and documents care provided, outcomes of care, and evaluations of care.
- Follows the professional standards of care.
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize care based on changing assessment and needs of patients.
- Having ongoing communication with physicians and other departments in the hospital. Requirements:
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire.
- Must obtain Crisis Prevention within 6 months of hire. Preferred Qualifications:
- Recent experience in specialty preferred.
