Job Description: Clinic Director / Licensed Physical Therapist (Outpatient Ortho) Location: Champaign, IL (2110 Fox Dr.) Compensation Range: $90k-115k/year

- Paid Maternity / Parental Leave (eligibility after 26 weeks) Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Therapy program with current or pending licensure in the respective state required .
- 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
- A passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
