Assistant Field Operations Manager Locations: Allentown, PA | Candor, NC Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Starting Salary: $100,000/year — higher salary available depending on experience Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Assistant Field Operations Manager to support railroad emergency response and field service operations. This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing work involving derailment response, specialty lifting, railcar repair, and track maintenance. The Assistant Manager will work closely with Supervisors and field teams, help resolve operational challenges, maintain safety standards, and coordinate projects in fast-paced and time-sensitive environments.
