Massage Therapist is responsible for providing professional massage treatments to patients or clients to promote relaxation, relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve overall physical well-being. The therapist assesses clients' needs, recommends appropriate treatments, and ensures a safe and comfortable environment during therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various massage techniques, including therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, and relaxation massage.
- Assess clients' medical history and physical condition before treatment.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and health goals.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and client progress notes.
- Educate clients on stretching, posture, and wellness practices.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards are followed.
- Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms and equipment before and after each session.
- Monitor clients' comfort and response during treatment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals when required.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in all client interactions.
