We are seeking a hands-on HVAC & Refrigeration Systems Technician to join our Facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of HVAC and refrigeration systems across the company’s facilities. You will work with a wide range of systems, including chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, fans, pumps, chilled-water systems, etc. The position combines hands-on field work, technical troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, system monitoring, and collaboration with contractors and internal teams to ensure reliable, efficient, and continuous operation of critical facility systems. This position requires on-site presence at our Jerusalem facilities 5 days per week
