Logistics Analyst (Requirements) - Bold Cape

Description The Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)/Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul – Supply (MRO-S) Functional Management Office (FMO) requires the support of a Logistics Analyst. This position will provide support in identification, definition and documenting of requirements for logistics, planning and execution between Logistics Capability Initiatives (LCI) and MRO. • Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop understanding of logistics business processes and work business process re-engineering.
• Supports logistics transformation activities, planning, and execution.
• Develop various artifacts for customer delivery.
• Applies technical knowledge to support various teams in any activities as required.
• Supports development, tracking, and management of program requirements.
• Analyzes and recommends program requirements to meet mission needs.
• Support tracking of requirements being worked in development through SCRUM Teams to completion by System Implementer.
• Support Government-led requirements development and requirements acceptance criteria input.
• Assist Requirements Lead with developing, managing, and coordinating all functional requirements documents. As assigned to include assisting in managing Agile Requirements Documents (RD) and Features in the AF Configuration Management (CM) tool of choice.
• Support assigned teams to identify the requirements to support and decompose required legacy functionality to be incorporated into the solution, assist in identifying the connectivity for dependent systems requiring MRO/MRO-S future data, and associating task line items and/or resources and scheduling. • 3+ years of experience working with requirements development and management.
• Experience with requirements management for Department of Defense and Air Force IT programs
• Familiarity with Air Force system ISMT for requirements management
• Experience with Octane a plus
• Support of Air Force or Department of Defense IT systems requirements development, tracking, and management.
• Strong experience in using Office 365 software and tools. Language Ability: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
