As the Lead Content Designer for Storefronts & Growth, you define and deliver content strategy for public, customer-facing experiences that drive awareness, consideration, conversion, and trust. Sitting at the intersection of product marketing, content strategy, UX writing, growth, and brand voice and tone, this role calls for a content designer who blends growth, marketing, and experience thinking. You’ll bring experiences to life through content while balancing customer needs, brand expression, product goals, and business performance—setting strategic direction while doing hands-on content design and writing for Rocket’s most important storefront experiences. Anchored in Rocket’s public digital experiences, this role shapes landing and entry experiences, product storytelling, launch messaging and market readiness, and early lifecycle conversion moments. You’ll define scalable narrative frameworks, influence product positioning, and help ensure Rocket shows up clearly, consistently, and compellingly across storefront and growth journeys. Beyond Storefronts, this role partners closely with the horizontal enablement content team and adjacent areas to extend and adapt voice, tone, narrative, and performance approaches across Client, Pro, and Enterprise, helping shape cohesive experiences. AI is core to how we design. You’ll bring openness, curiosity, and hands-on experience with AI-augmented ways of working, using AI throughout the content design process—from research synthesis and narrative exploration to prototyping, testing, and content systems—to move faster, explore more broadly, and raise the bar on quality. You’ll pair these tools with strong editorial judgment to ensure content remains accurate, differentiated, accessible, and distinctly Rocket. About the role Lead narrative performance at scale
