Sr Human Resources Associate, Shared Service Centre

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Human Resources Associate, Shared Service Centre based in India. This is a 9-month fixed-term opportunity within a fast-growing, global, remote-first environment supporting professionals across multiple regions. You will play a key role in delivering accurate, responsive HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle. The position covers onboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, payroll coordination, documentation, and offboarding support. You will work closely with professionals, customers, payroll teams, insurers, local service providers, and internal stakeholders across international markets. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage sensitive HR information accurately and efficiently. You will also contribute to process improvements, maintain operational documentation, and help ensure service levels and procedures are consistently followed. This role is particularly suited to an HR operations professional who thrives in a multicultural, distributed team and is comfortable supporting different time zones.
