We Are Seeking
an energetic individual with Purchasing or Logistics experience. POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Senior Executive / Executive – Procurement REQUIREMENTS:
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to align with the forecasted demand & financial plan.
- Work closely with Product Managers to get market insights.
- Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and keep the ERP up to date.
- Maintenance of master data periodically to ensure data accuracy.
- Managing daily back orders.
- Improve supplier performance through continuous feedback.
What We Offer You
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics/CPSM/CIPS/CILT/ISMM/ Dip ITC or relevant qualifications.
- 3-5 years relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in demand forecasting & planning or International inbound logistics.
- Experience in working with an ERP system.
- High competency in MS office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willing to work according to Australian calendar and if required Australian working hours.
