- Position: Associate Logistics
- Location: Pune
- Experience: 5 7+ Years
- Qualification: B.Com / Diploma / Engineering Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain Responsibilities / Tasks Tasks related to inbound, manufacturing and preparation for outbound:
- Following up at dates in ERP system and to ensure no delays. Coordination with buyers, workshops and quality department
- Receiving and evaluation of preliminary Packing lists from Workshop (split items process)
- Preparation of Packing lists in ERP system and readiness advise to Transport Managers
- Issuing of shipping documents (When needed. Input from Transport Managers)
- Issuing & break-down of Customs invoice (When needed. Input from Transport Managers)
- Translation of all shipping documents (When needed. Input from Transport Managers) Task related to purchase order creation: (one role in ERP system)
- Creation of Purchase orders within logistics tasks (packaging material, packaging orders, transport booking) with input from Transport Managers Task related to goods receiving: (one role in ERP system)
