This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Technical Consultant based in Canada. As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will lead complex platform implementations from initial requirements through configuration, testing, and deployment. You’ll serve as a hands-on technical owner, combining solution design and platform development with delivery leadership. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, with a strong focus on HRSD. You’ll work directly with stakeholders and project teams to design effective workflows, integrations, data structures, and platform configurations. Your expertise will help ensure implementations follow ServiceNow best practices and deliver long-term value. You’ll also contribute to project planning, risk management, knowledge sharing, and the development of junior consultants.
