This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Preconstruction Manager based in the United States. This role leads the commercial and operational work required before projects move into formal execution. You’ll help protect project margins, reduce downstream risks, and ensure delivery teams receive clear, complete information. The position oversees sales-to-delivery handoffs, customer contracting, subcontractor strategy, pricing, and project readiness. You’ll work closely with engineering, procurement, project management, finance, and operations teams. A major focus is identifying scope gaps, pricing issues, contractual risks, and subcontractor challenges before they affect execution. The role combines commercial judgment, contract expertise, negotiation, and structured project de-risking. You’ll also help build repeatable processes, market intelligence, and performance benchmarks that improve delivery efficiency over time.
