Our development programs help support your growth, shaping your future and pushing the boundaries of innovation to unleash potential. 仕事内容： 最先端の半導体製造を支えるフィールドエンジニアとして、顧客先工場にて装置の設置・立ち上げから保守、トラブル対応、アップグレードまで幅広く担当いただきます。装置の安定稼働を通じて、お客様の生産性向上に直接貢献できるポジションです。開発部門やグローバルチームとの連携機会も多く、高度な技術力と問題解決力を身につけることができます。 【具体的には】 ・半導体製造装置（ALD、Epitaxy、PECVD等）の設置、立ち上げおよび導入支援 ・定期メンテナンスや装置点検の実施による安定稼働の維持 ・装置トラブル発生時の原因解析、修理および復旧対応 ・装置性能向上や生産性改善に向けたアップグレード、改造作業 ・顧客からの技術的な問い合わせ対応および運用サポート ・本社・開発部門と連携した技術課題の解決およびフィードバック ・作業報告書やサービスレポートの作成 ・安全基準や品質基準に基づくフィールドサービス業務の遂行 ・オンコール対応および緊急時のサポート対応（必要に応じて） 応募資格： 【必須（MUST）】 ■高卒以上の学歴 ■日本語：流暢 ■英語：読み書きレベル以上（書類は英語になります。） ■２年以上のフィールドサービスの経験（大型装置、大型機械の経験、開発経験者も含む） 【歓迎（WANT）】 ■半導体の知識 ■理工系学部の専攻者 Apply today to be part of what’s next.
