We are looking for a Physician Assistant to join our Sports Medicine & Spine team and partner closely with our orthopedic physicians to provide exceptional, patient-centered care. You'll work closely with experienced orthopedic physicians and other clinical professionals, with opportunities to contribute your own clinical perspective while knowing you have physician support when you need it. Build meaningful patient relationships. Orthopedic and spine care often involves an ongoing relationship with patients. You'll have the opportunity to educate, encourage, and guide patients as they work toward their treatment goals. Bring your clinical judgment to the table. Within the physician–PA relationship and your scope of practice, you'll have the opportunity to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, manage follow-up care, and make clinical decisions. Compensation Schedule/Type: Full-Time | Onsite Annualized Salary: Starting at $110,000–$145,000 for a 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) Compensation within the posted range is based on relevant experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. Compensation is prorated based on FTE and scheduled hours for positions working less than 40 hours per week. Bonus Eligibility: Yes Requirements What You'll Do As a Physician Assistant on our Sports Medicine & Spine team, you will:

  • Evaluate patients presenting with sports-related injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and spine-related complaints.
  • Obtain medical histories and perform comprehensive physical examinations.
  • Develop and manage patient treatment plans in collaboration with orthopedic physicians.
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic testing within your scope of practice.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and follow-up care.
  • Perform appropriate procedures and interventions within your scope of practice and training.
  • Coordinate referrals and additional services when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
  • Consult with physicians regarding complex cases or changes in patient condition.
  • Provide continuity of care through follow-up visits and ongoing patient communication.
  • Participate in clinical rounds and other patient-care activities as assigned. What We're Looking For We're looking for a PA who combines strong clinical skills with a genuine commitment to patient care. You will be successful in this role if you are someone who:

  • Is organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
  • Is interested in orthopedic, sports medicine, spine, or musculoskeletal care. Experience & Credentials Required:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Current NCCPA certification.
  • Current Colorado Physician Assistant license.
  • Current CPR certification. Preferred:
  • At least one year of experience practicing as a Physician Assistant.
  • Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, spine, or another musculoskeletal specialty .
