Senior Scientist

• Lead formulation and product-development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Design experiments and analyze data to guide technical decisions.
• Develop and optimize adhesive formulations for targeted performance requirements.
• Troubleshoot product, process, and application challenges.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, sourcing, and regulatory teams.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and internal partners.
• Document results through reports, specifications, and technical presentations.
• Support innovation, intellectual property, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or related field.
• Relevant industrial experience in product development, formulation, or applied research.
• Demonstrated experience designing experiments and interpreting technical data.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to scientific and nontechnical audiences.
• Authorization to work in the applicable country without restriction, where required. Preferred Requirements
• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
• Experience developing adhesives, polymers, coatings, or related materials.
• Experience leading technical projects through commercialization.
• Experience collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams. #LI-MA1 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is 105,000-135,000. In addition to your salary, H.B.
