ServiceNow GenAI Engineer – (Relocation Provided)

We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow GenAI Engineer to combine solid ServiceNow platform development with the next generation of digital employee experience. This role is suited to a medior ServiceNow Developer who wants to help evolve an employee-facing portal into an AI-first, conversational channel while maintaining a strong focus on usability, engineering quality, responsible AI and measurable business value. You will design, configure, test, implement and maintain secure and scalable ServiceNow solutions, with particular emphasis on Employee Portal / Employee Center and conversational employee experiences. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, develop ServiceNow functionality using JavaScript, apply prompt-engineering techniques to LLM implementations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile and DevOps environment.
