  • Full Time, Year-Round Seattle Boat Company is looking for a hardworking, self-motived, detail-oriented, and reliable individual to join our service department as a full-time detailer, at our Lake Tapps location! Who we are: Over the past 40 years, Seattle Boat Co. has become a premier marine dealership situated in the heart of the world's finest, most spectacular boating waterways. Our excellent customer service and business management enable us to provide a great environment for our people and make meaningful contributions to our community. We live by the following core values: We CARE, we are ETHICAL, we are DRIVEN, and we are LEADERS! Compensation: $21.30/hr + Flat Rate What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Interior and Exterior Detailing Of Boats
  • Including, but not limited to: Buff & Wax, Carpet Cleaning, Bottom Cleans, and Cover Cleans.
  • Working with our Technicians to ensure service cleans are completed What We’re Looking For:
  • Required :
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to take direction, learn, and deliver excellent results
  • Ability to work alone and with a team
  • Self-Motivated and detail-oriented
  • Strongly Recommended:
  • Boating experience
