Summary The Division of Enforcement (ENF), Office of Technical Services (OTS) is seeking a Supervisory General Attorney (Assistant Director). As an Assistant Director, you will you will provide strategic IT direction, leadership, and investigative support to empower staff in achieving objectives, delivering impactful results, and advancing the Division's investigative mission. Duties In this role as a Assistant Director, you will be responsible for: Managing the Division of Enforcement's Technical Services Group including the Litigation Support Branch; IT Forensics Branch; and Tech Consulting and Analytical Services Branch. Supervising the delivery of critical technology services such as consulting, document scanning, data conversion, document review, audio processing, financial and phone record analysis, cybersecurity, and digital forensics. Providing visionary leadership for technology initiatives, including implementing/ developing AI tools and shaping strategic direction across the Division of Enforcement. Establishing clear channels of communication and serving as the primary liaison between program stakeholders and investigative teams. Assuming central responsibility for accountability, outreach, and cross-divisional coordination. Guiding program-level operations by integrating budgets and managing resources to optimize team effectiveness. Leading efforts to provide technical support for investigative work, including litigation and advanced eDiscovery services. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. BASIC REQUIREMENT: All applicants must possess the following: J.D. or LL.B. degree --AND-- Active membership of the bar in good standing in any state, territory of the United States, the District of Columbia, or the commonwealth of Puerto Rico. (Note: proof of bar membership will be required before entry on duty.

Minimum Qualification

REQUIREMENT: In addition to meeting the basic requirement, applicants must also meet the minimum qualification requirement. SK-17: Applicant must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS/SK-14 level: (1) Providing technical support, litigation support, eDiscovery, and digital forensic services; AND (2) Evaluating, developing, and implementing policies, procedures, or recommendations to meet organizational needs; AND (3) Serving as a strategic advisor to senior level officials regarding technology-related needs and potential impact on mission and operations
