Summary You will serve as a

Rigger Supervisor I

• You will plan, assign and provide oversight of work of rigger operations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• You will perform regular site supervision ensuring conformance to procedures and processes and established goals, safe work practices and good housekeeping.
• You will resolve work stoppages, taking action to overcome bottlenecks, equipment breakdowns and material shortages.
• You will utilize schedules, shipyard instructions and shop processes to establish goal oriented work assignments.
• You will provide technical direction and mentorship to assigned workers in the rigging trade.
• You will inspect completed work for quality and work order requirements.
• You will provide workforce administration through performance evaluations, disciplinary and award actions and by providing training to reach developmental milestones.
