Do you want to shape the future of marketing across the UK, Netherlands and Nordics, turning business priorities into high-impact campaigns, client experiences and measurable growth? This Marketing Manager role will be based in London and embedded in the UK sales team. The candidate will be a high-impact partner to sales, translating business priorities into real-world marketing events and data-driven marketing programs that drive client acquisition, deepen engagement, accelerate pipeline growth, and contribute directly to growth. The role is a hands-on one that combines commercial strategy, client journey expertise, digital marketing execution, and performance analysis to maximize marketing's contribution to business growth across institutional, and intermediary client segments. The Marketing Manager for UK, Netherlands and Nordics serves as a strategic partner to sales, translating business priorities into data-driven marketing programs that drive client acquisition, deepen engagement, accelerate pipeline growth, and contribute to Net New Money (NNM). The role combines commercial strategy, client journey expertise, digital marketing excellence, and performance analytics to maximize marketing's contribution to business growth across institutional, wholesale, and intermediary client segments. Key responsibilities Commercial growth & business partnership

  • Partner with sales and client portfolio managers to identify growth opportunities and support business objectives.
  • Understand and align with the priorities and strategy of the sales organization for UK, Netherlands and Nordics, translating them into a compelling, actionable marketing plan with clear target audiences, activities, timelines and measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Translate business challenges into measurable marketing initiatives that support client acquisition, retention and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders on growth strategy and marketing investment decisions.
  • Build strong partnerships across sales, marketing, content, communications, compliance and external agencies.
  • Influence senior stakeholders through evidence-based recommendations and commercial insights.
  • Represent the voice of the market by bringing client feedback, competitive intelligence and emerging opportunities into planning discussions.
  • Plan and deliver high-impact client events, conferences and trade-fair participation to strengthen the firm’s profile, support priority themes and create relevant engagement opportunities for sales. Client journey & demand generation
  • Own and optimize end-to-end client journeys across priority client segments.
  • Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that generate engagement, pipeline and commercial outcomes.
  • Identify conversion opportunities and remove friction points across the marketing funnel.
  • Drive adoption of digital engagement programs and scalable growth initiatives. Data, insights & performance management
  • Establish clear KPIs linked to pipeline creation, marketing influence, client engagement, conversion and business growth.
  • Use CRM, marketing automation and analytics platforms to measure performance and optimize investment decisions.
  • Turn data and client insights into actionable recommendations for commercial teams.
  • Continuously test, learn and improve campaign effectiveness What are we looking for? Experience & skills
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, client engagement or commercial marketing.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, asset management or wealth management landscape.
  • Proven track record of strategic thinking and linking marketing investment to pipeline growth and business outcomes.
  • Proficient working with CRM, marketing automation, campaign analytics and performance measurement (M365, Salesforce, MC Cloud, Snowflake, Power BI)
  • Strong commercial and entrepreneurial acumen and ability to engage credibly with sales leadership.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of asset management markets and regulatory requirements across regional markets
  • Native language English; Dutch is advantageous. What do we offer?
