Summary This position is in the Office of Finance and Administration, Office of the Chief Information Officer, Information Technology Operations Division, Enterprise Operations Branch, Infrastructure Services Section. About OFA: This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to one of the duty stations stated in this announcement on a regular basis (location TBD after candidate selected). Duties You will: Lead Agency-wide information technology (IT) services, to include leading the development and maintenance of national systems. Serve as the Agency expert for all National Computer Center (NCC) East/West and Cloud Hosting environments customer service issues. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Develop policies and procedures for the support of national computer systems. You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements. One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position. Qualifications You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
