Description Registered Dental Hygienist – Full-Time Norcross Dental Associates | Norcross, GA Full-Time 4-Day Workweek Full Benefits Join our team at Norcross Dental Associates! Norcross Dental Associates is looking for a motivated, compassionate, and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team! Our practice operates with a dual-column hygiene schedule and a dedicated hygiene assistant, allowing our hygienists to focus on what they do best—providing exceptional patient care! What We Offer

- Supportive team environment Work Schedule Monday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Wednesday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday–Sunday Off! Responsibilities
- Provide thorough dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing.
- Perform periodontal assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and periodontal health.
- Utilize digital technology, including iTero, to enhance patient education and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with our dentists, hygiene assistant, and clinical team to provide an excellent patient experience.
- Build lasting relationships with patients while delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Qualifications
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Georgia.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to quality patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dual-column hygiene environment.
- Experience with Open Dental and iTero is a plus, but not required!

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
- Registered Dental Hygiene License from practicing state
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of Open Dental, a plus
- Possess outstanding time management and communication skills
- Ability to work within a team for the good of the patient and practice FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt Reports to: Operations Manager
