- Develop and maintain network design documentation, engineering standards, configuration standards, and operational procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents, outages, and performance issues, escalating or engaging additional resources when required.
- Partner with Network Operations teams to improve reliability, monitoring, observability, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement resilient routing, switching, wireless, Internet, and cloud networking solutions using established architecture and engineering standards.
- Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot dynamic routing protocols, including BGP and OSPF, across enterprise data center, campus, WAN, cloud, and hybrid network environments.
