This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Specialist based in United Kingdom. As a Product Specialist, you will help customers successfully adopt and maximize the value of an AI-powered clinical research platform. You’ll translate customer requirements into tailored product configurations, workflows, and solutions that support complex life sciences use cases. The role combines product expertise, customer success, consulting, project coordination, and technical problem-solving. You’ll work closely with customers throughout implementation, from understanding their needs and configuring solutions to training users and supporting them after launch. You’ll also contribute to pre-sales activities, product enhancements, reporting, and the deployment of new features. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, software, and life sciences in a fast-moving, internationally focused environment.
