Senior Growth Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager based in France. As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a central role in accelerating digital acquisition and generating high-quality pipeline across global markets. You’ll own key parts of the paid acquisition engine, developing and scaling campaigns across major digital channels while continuously improving performance. Working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product, you’ll translate business priorities into measurable growth initiatives and revenue outcomes. You’ll manage significant advertising budgets, optimize campaign economics, and use performance data to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline efficiency. The role also includes ownership of Account-Based Marketing programs and close collaboration with agencies, freelancers, cloud partners, and internal teams.
