- Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy production-ready machine learning models and intelligent systems. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software developers, and product teams to translate complex business problems into scalable AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in data pipelines, deep learning frameworks, and cloud architectures. Key Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for predictive analytics, computer vision, or natural language processing.
- Production Deployment: Build, maintain, and scale robust MLOps pipelines to deploy models seamlessly into cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Generative AI Integration: Implement advanced Large Language Model (LLM) architectures and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks to power next-generation intelligent applications.
- Data Engineering: Clean, preprocess, and structure large datasets, ensuring optimal data quality and high-throughput pipelines for training.
- Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with cross-functional product teams to research, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge AI methodologies. Required Qualifications
- Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Python , SQL, and core frameworks such as PyTorch , TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional engineering experience building and deploying scalable AI systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and cloud infrastructure.
