Our team is fundamental to our standing as the leading wealth planning platform. The Opportunity Wealth's mission is to deliver a revolutionized financial and estate management platform for the modern world. We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to serve as a core product leader across our platform ecosystem. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you will own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for key parts of the Wealth.com experience. As a Staff PM, you will bridge the gap between complex financial and legal workflows, core platform architecture, and direct enterprise advisory feedback. You will operate on the front lines with financial advisors, enterprise leadership, and legal end-users, transforming real-world customer friction points into scalable, elegant product solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Direct Customer Discovery & Advisory: Lead ongoing customer discovery calls, interviews, and co-design sessions with enterprise wealth management clients, advisors, and legal staff to uncover friction points and validate platform workflows.
- Customer Advisory Boards & Beta Management: Establish and run beta testing programs and customer advisory loops for major feature releases, engaging directly with key accounts to evaluate workflow efficiency, adoption, and user delight.
- Customer-Facing Evangelism & Demos: Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to join key client meetings, present product roadmaps, lead live capability demos, and act as the product voice of Wealth.com to external stakeholders.
- Strategic Vision & Roadmap Execution: Drive multi-quarter product strategy and execution across your domain, prioritizing solutions that deliver outsized value for advisors while balancing technical feasibility, business needs, and platform scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product design, and legal domain experts to translate customer feedback into crisp functional requirements, system architectures, and intuitive user experiences.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Analyze market shifts, regulatory trends, and user adoption data to continuously position Wealth.com as the undisputed leader in estate planning technology.
- Product Evangelism: Serve as an internal and external champion for your product surface, aligning executive leadership, sales, marketing, and enterprise partners. Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience (or equivalent founder/technical leadership experience), with a proven track record of scaling core SaaS platform products from zero-to-one and beyond in high-growth environments.
- Deep Customer-Facing Experience: Demonstrated background leading user discovery sessions, participating in enterprise client conversations, running customer advisory boards, and managing co-development cycles with external partners.
- Product & Platform Architecture Ownership: Strong experience defining end-to-end product requirements, managing complex system integrations, and partnering with engineering teams to build resilient, scalable enterprise software.
- Customer Empathy & Translation: Ability to translate complex platform infrastructure and domain logic into clear, ROI-focused language for non-technical advisory clients, while conversely translating messy customer requests into structured technical specs.
- Fast-Paced Execution: Thrives in high-growth, fast-evolving environments with high autonomy, extreme ownership, and a bias toward action.
- Data-Informed Decision Making: Proven ability to marry qualitative customer feedback with quantitative usage metrics, funnel analytics, and business outcomes.
- A “Founder” Mentality: Highly proactive, resourceful, and passionate about solving unaddressed, complex real-world problems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Benefits & Perks
