International Accountant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an International Accountant based in France. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working across multiple entities, countries, and regulatory environments. You will take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely tax compliance. The position combines statutory accounting, group reporting, VAT, reconciliations, audit coordination, and financial analysis. You’ll collaborate with internal finance teams as well as auditors, tax advisors, and local accounting providers across different jurisdictions. Your work will help maintain strong financial controls, reliable reporting, and compliance with local and international requirements. The role also offers opportunities to improve accounting processes and contribute to a growing, internationally distributed finance function. You’ll work remotely in a multicultural environment with a strong focus on autonomy, accuracy, collaboration, and continuous development.
