Description Gabrielli Truck Sales is currently seeking to fill a position in our Parts Department as a Parts Counter Associate. Work Location : in person – Bristol, PA Hours : Full Time
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with rotating Saturday (7am to 1pm) schedule Expected Salary Range: $42K to $55K Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with phone and in-person parts inquiries and orders
- Working with our Service Department on shop parts needs
- Monitoring email requests
- Answering phones and emails promptly and professionally
- Re-stocking the showroom when necessary

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service focused
- Must be able to clearly communicate via telephone
- Must be able to use web-based applications to find replacement parts
- Must be willing to learn and retain information
- Ability to follow directions
- Valid Driver's License
- Positive attitude
- Will need to have the ability to sit, squat, bend, pull, and lift up to 50lbs
