Practice Manager - Vascular & Endovascular Surgery Ann Arbor

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager III to oversee the clinical and administrative operations of one or more practices. This leadership role partners closely with the Site Medical Director (SMD) to drive practice performance, operational excellence, patient access, quality outcomes, staff engagement, and financial success. The Practice Manager III serves as a strategic leader, mentor, and subject matter expert while supporting divisional initiatives and organizational growth. What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations, ensuring achievement of practice profitability, revenue goals, and CORE metrics.
• Partner with the SMD and practice leadership to develop and implement strategic goals and practice work plans.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, monitor patient care quality and satisfaction data, and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
• Direct hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and staff development activities.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that attracts and retains staff, providers, and patients.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, regulatory, coding, and patient safety requirements.
• Manage provider scheduling and support operational efficiency initiatives across the practice.
• Develop and manage practice budgets, review financial performance, monitor trends, and implement improvement strategies.
• Serve as a Practice Manager mentor, divisional champion, committee member, and subject matter expert for key organizational initiatives.
• Lead or support practice expansions, mergers, acquisitions, consolidations, openings, and closures as needed.
• Facilitate provider and staff meetings, communicate organizational goals, and promote collaboration across teams. General Requirements: EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree is preferred with a combination of 5 or more years’ relevant work experience; master’s degree is preferred CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE : Practice Management Certification or other relevant certifications preferred.

Minimum Experience

: Prior leadership experience in a medical office environment or other relevant professional experience; requires a minimum of 5 or more years in combination with meeting education requirements. Six or more years of experience directly supering non-exempt staff is required; however, may consider leadership role in lieu of direct supervision as equivalent experience.
