Requirements:
- Must have CDL Class A or B Driver License
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must have the authorization to work in the U.S.
- Salary commensurate with work experience.
- The candidate should be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Candidates will be subject to drug screening, fingerprinting, and a 10-year background check. Duties: Perform general maintenance and repairs on commercial properties, including:
- General plumbing repairs such as toilets, faucets, and other minor plumbing issues.
- Test performance and troubleshoot kitchen appliances such as dishwashers, stoves, etc.
- Repair and replace general hardware such as doors, doorknobs, locks, etc.
- Repair or replace floor tile and/or carpets.
- Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and appliances.
- Install or repair drywall, paint walls, and perform carpentry work.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Proven experience in janitorial or office cleaning.
- Solid knowledge of general cleaning.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
