Mission Trainer

w/CI Poly REQUIRED Responsibilities:
- Develops, maintains, and/or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
- Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains material within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.).
- Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products.
- Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government. Qualifications:
- Meets all qualifications of a senior, plus: 5 years drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum
Iaw Tradoc
and Army standards.
- Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences. Qualifications of Senior:
- 5 years demonstrated experience conducting training at the U.S. in multiple geographic locations.
- Demonstrated experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum

- Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences. Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or the IC within the last 15 years.
- Associate’s degree with 12 years’ experience. Certifications:
- Current DoD Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
