Senior Compliance Officer (Regulatory Focus)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer (Regulatory Focus) based in Switzerland. As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in strengthening regulatory compliance across a rapidly evolving crypto and payments environment. You will focus on licensing, regulatory documentation, compliance frameworks, and engagement with regulators and external counsel. The role offers exposure to multiple jurisdictions, regulatory regimes, and complex business models spanning both cryptoassets and payment services. You will independently translate regulatory requirements into practical policies, controls, evidence, and implementation plans. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure regulatory commitments are properly documented and operationalised. You will also contribute to new products, partnerships, jurisdictions, and business model changes from a regulatory perspective. This is a senior, high-ownership opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex regulatory challenges and producing work to a high evidentiary standard.
