About the Role: Haleon is looking for an Expert Marketing Manager, CEE Export Markets East to lead expert marketing activities across Central Asia, Mongolia, the Caucasus, and Belarus. This role is responsible for shaping and executing expert engagement strategies that strengthen healthcare professional advocacy and support the goal of becoming the brand recommended most often by experts. The position plays a key role in accelerating omnichannel transformation, developing professional engagement programs, and driving sustainable growth across OTC and Oral Health Care categories. The successful candidate will work across diverse markets, collaborating with regional and global stakeholders to deliver impactful and compliant expert marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the expert engagement strategy for CEE Export Markets East, supporting omnichannel transformation and increasing expert advocacy across the region.
  • Lead expert marketing activities across OTC and Oral Health Care categories, aligning business objectives with local market needs and opportunities.
  • Drive healthcare professional engagement through integrated programs including detailing, scientific content, digital communication, product science support, and advocacy initiatives.
  • Build and strengthen the omnichannel ecosystem by ensuring effective collaboration across expert marketing activities and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations across all markets within the cluster.
  • Partner with Consumer Marketing, Sales, Shopper Marketing, Medical, Compliance, and IT teams to deliver consistent and impactful expert engagement programs.
  • Build relationships with healthcare organizations, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders to support brand advocacy and recommendation.
  • Manage the expert marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to strategic growth priorities, including digital acceleration.
  • Monitor performance, evaluate engagement effectiveness, and provide regular updates on key business objectives and initiatives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, capability building, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support teams through business transformation, evolving market dynamics, and changes in customer engagement practices. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Expert Marketing or related areas such as Professional Relations, Scientific Content, Sales Force Effectiveness, or Digital Marketing.
  • Experience leading teams and delivering business results within the consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors.
  • Knowledge of field force management, expert engagement strategies, omnichannel marketing, and digital transformation.
  • Fluency in English and Russian; knowledge of Kazakh or Uzbek is an advantage.
  • Ability to translate scientific and product-related information into effective expert engagement activities.
  • Experience in segmentation, targeting, organizational optimization, and performance management.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and systems supporting expert engagement and customer experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading change and transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability, learning agility, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment.
