Job Description: AI Builders 1-2 years Experience What you'll do: Build MVPs for early-stage AI agent startups (2-4 week cycles) Work directly with founders
- translate vision into working code Ship prototypes using Lyzr platform and agent frameworks Contribute to RPT team on agent architecture What you need: Strong fundamentals in React, Next.js, Node.js or Python Experience with or strong interest in AI agents Can move fast
- comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration Builder mentality
- side projects, hackathons, or startup experience preferred Who this is for: Final year students or recent grads (ideally IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent) Someone who wants hands-on experience building real products, not just features You're comfortable working directly with founders, not just taking tickets Skills: Frontend: React, Next.js Experience building agentic applications Backend: Node.js or Python Can ship PRD -> MVP in 2-4 weeks What you get: Work on 5+ different AI products in your first few months Direct mentorship on agent architecture from our team Potential conversion to full-time for strong performers
