Candidates living outside of Madrid, will not be considered Please note, internally, this position is titled: Business Process Analyst Meet the team: At Dexcom, our Commercial Operations team plays a key role in ensuring that commercial processes run smoothly and efficiently, allowing our Sales teams to focus on supporting healthcare professionals and people living with diabetes. As our Commercial Operations Specialist, you will be a key operational partner for the commercial organization in Spain. Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Billing and other departments as well as external healthcare stakeholders, you will help coordinate commercial processes, support issue resolution and contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex situations, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and continuously improving operational processes in a fast-paced environment. Where you come in:

  • You support the day-to-day execution of Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities, helping ensure efficient order processing, billing coordination and issue resolution.
  • You act as a key point of coordination between the Sales organization and cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Billing, Shipping, Finance and Technical Support.
  • You monitor and follow up on operational issues related to orders, deliveries, invoicing and customer requests, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
  • You coordinate operational interactions with hospitals, healthcare organizations and external partners, supporting the execution of commercial processes and customer requirements.
  • You provide administrative and operational support to the Sales organization, helping remove obstacles and enabling efficient field execution.
  • You support commercial administration activities, including customer-facing documentation, contracts, offers, compliance records and audit-related documentation.
  • You contribute to onboarding and operational readiness activities for new members of the commercial organization.
  • You document operational procedures, identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability and customer experience. What makes you successful:
  • You can communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English (Essential)
  • You have experience in commercial operations, sales administration, customer service, order management or other customer-facing operational environments, preferably within the healthcare, medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • You understand the complexity of healthcare environments and are comfortable interacting with hospitals, healthcare professionals and external healthcare stakeholders.
  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple recurring processes, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • You are comfortable working across different functions and coordinating activities with both internal teams and external partners.
  • You have a strong customer-service mindset and can build effective working relationships with healthcare stakeholders and customers.
  • You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and take ownership of issues through to resolution.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and can consistently manage operational processes with accuracy and reliability.
  • You are proactive, adaptable and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where priorities and processes may evolve over time.

  • 0-5% Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience. Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). The annualised base salary for this position is from €39,100.00 to €50,600.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience. #DexcomSpain
